Permission
Give yourself permission to want what you want.
Give yourself permission to say what you want out loud.
We ignore what we want, because we don't think we can have it. And so we don't allow ourselves to want it. But when you don't allow yourself to want something, your brain can't figure out how to get it.
Once you just give yourself permission to want something, no matter what that something is, your brain expands its capacity to find ways to make it happen.
Of course, your brain is going to object and give you all the reasons why you can't have what you want.
But until you know what those objections are, you can't address them.
You can't debunk them.
You can't get curious about how you might be wrong about the obstacles.
And worst case scenario, you don't get the thing that you want, which is exactly where you are now - but you are at least being honest with yourself and can start actually addressing the emotions that come with not having what you want.
Best case scenario, you do get exactly what you want, and potentially even more because in getting what you want right now, you increase your ability to imagine and achieve what you want in the future.
Inevitable scenario, you experience growth, possibility, and expansion.
Are you denying yourself your own wanting and wants?
