I also know so many associates think that’s impossible for them in the law firm environment. 

You really can do it. But you have to take the time to focus on your overall well-being. I get how hard that is when you’re just focused on trying to survive each week, day, and hour. 

It’s easy to put taking care of yourself off until things slow down (or at least it’s easy to tell yourself that lie). But you know as well as I do, they never slow down for long.
